Raclette
Scraped straight from the wheel. Portobello-duxelles baguette, salad selection.

Cheese restaurant · Gdańsk
Raclette, fondue and carbonara in a Grana Padano wheel. Breakfast to dinner — by the Motława.
N°01 — Port
For centuries Gdańsk’s harbour took in goods from all over Europe. We kept one of them a little longer — cheese.
Port Fromage is a restaurant inspired by the city’s harbour character. Cheese is the base, the accent or the star of the plate — classic European recipes, served the modern way.
We start with breakfast and finish with a cheese board and a glass of wine. Brick salons on Grodzka street, a terrace by the Motława.

N°02 — Rituals
The dishes people come back for. Ordered together — eaten together.

No pretension, no needless frills — simply very good, thoughtful cooking with ideas.Trojmiasto.pl · “Jemy na mieście” review · top rating (translated) ↗
